TEACHER WITH DESIGN TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCE
                                                                    Teachers Pay Scale plus SEN allowance
                                         3.5 days per week, temporary to 19th July 2019 (Maternity Cover)
                               Required from Autumn Term 2018 (Start date flexible around October Half Term)

We are looking to appoint a teacher to deliver the design technology curriculum to cover for maternity leave absence. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in resistant materials, food technology and have delivered food and hospitality qualifications at KS3/KS4 level. Whilst a key focus area will be in the delivery of these areas, experience of delivering the curriculum through a primary model, the ability to significantly differentiate work and the ability to integrate numeracy and literacy across all areas is also key.This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative and dynamic individual.

 RESIDENTIAL SOCIAL CARE WORKER
One full time permanent position
(To include one weekend in every four on a rota basis, with some flexibility required.
May include occasional sleep-ins)

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Residential Social Care Worker, with excellent communication skills and the ability to form strong relationships with children and young people. The successful candidate will enjoy being part of an energetic and successful care team, be keen to provide varied social learning experiences, be involved in education, health and care planning, report writing and, enjoy the challenge of working with some very special complex young people. The successful candidate will play an active part within the 24 hour curriculum, supporting learning in both the care and classroom settings and offer proactive support to young people and their families. They will work closely with the school’s therapy/communication team, with the support of Learning Mentor Teams, which serve to provide holistic and creative wrap around care and support for all our young people.
